Wait until it is almost winter. Pack up the saw and go see if Malcom need an apprentice. Don't bother to tell him in advance that you are coming, and be sure you don't have enough money on ya for a return flight. If you are lucky he'll let you build your own boat there and you can paddle home. Due north. :)
