thanks for all the input. it will be later this summer before i can get the apoxy needed for it as well as the canoe. She also needs a
PFD before we let her take it out. i hope that with a little elbow grease invested and with her putting some time into paddling it will
get her more interested in the sport and entices her to save up for a better boat.
I would love a kayak for my self but all i have is a old canoe. that needs re-patched. it was patched over 20 years ago after it was
found in a log jam with bullet holes in the bottom. but has served me well.
