The velcro-like McMaster-Carr material I'm trying to fasten is called a self-lock mushroom-head fastener - quite different from the usual hook and loop velcro. It has a very slippery feeling black plastic backing. Has anyone had any personal experience attaching this stuff to mini-cell foam? If so, what did you use? The fastener will be pulled apart often, so the adhesion has to be really strong.
