My untaped fillets at the bulkheads turned out much neater than the taped fillet at the coaming. Deciding when to remove the tape was the problem. I think there are still some bits of tape on my finished boat under the cured epoxy. Again, practice joints make perfect but I know it's hard to wait. Think small fillet, easier to add than take away.
