Found another old photo. The cradles shown here have worked bomber for ten years or so, and have turned out to fit most any boat in our fleet, including two round-bilge strippers, although made specifically for Pygmy Cohos. Quick, easy, strong. I used some Baltic birch scrap for these and reinforced them with fiberglass and epoxy, then glued on Minicel pads. I cut most of the way through the plywood, filled in the gaps in the back with thickened epoxy and molding the whole shebang over a spot on the upturned hull close to the max beam to set the shape. I strapped the assembly in place on the hull until the epoxy set, shielding everything with big garbage bags to keep things tidy. After that it was just slice, sand, rinse, repeat.
