If you know someone on the dark side of the line it would be legal to order the product to be delivered there, do the work there and carry the boat back home. Just don't talk about it to anyone in a suit. However, if you notice a wave of people collapsing on the side of the road as your drive in, perhaps it would be wise to turn around . . .
