Ever actually think of how stupid all of this is? It's not about making the world a safer place for people. It's about people with gov jobs and nothing to do, justifying their jobs and creating silly rules so they can make it to retirement. Almost everyone uses latex house paint anyhow. Why, because it easy and works well. To have a law banning oil paint for the tiny few who want it is a waste of taxpayers money and just creates havoc in the paint industry and denies people things they want. Want to save the world? Ban gasoline.

Sorry for the politics but banning things people want because rule makers want something to do, just irritates me. Epoxy will probably be next - they just haven't discovered it yet.
