Yep, same thing here. The retailers/wholesalers are allowed to sell low VOC oil based house paints, they just collectively said the heck with the idiot new standards and don't bother. Not enough profit to make to bother trying to offer a different formula. The "regulators" don't seem to understand basic business when they create these rules, or more likely just don't care.
