Purchase foot braces with mounting studs. I sell and use Sea Dog in all my boats, which I have found to be very adequate. You do not need to install before the deck is attached. When all is done, you can sit in your kayak, determine placement, glue in studs with some thicked epoxy and then add some fiberglass patches over studs for strength.
