What are my options for foot braces on a SOF?
I have not put them in any of my kayaks as of yet, but this Sea Bee I am building... yeah, I want some in it.
Also, my daughter in her Sea Pup... she says she does not want them, but I think once she has them she'll change her mind.
So I am at the point where its time to consider what to put in for foot braces.... what are my options.
I really dont want to buy any.

Can I build my own?
I have seen foam blocks placed in front of the crossection to rest feet on...
I have seen a board with notches cut out for what seems to be the side of your foot to rest on...
hmmmm.... any other possibilities?
