: funny thing is they had the Field of Dreams "if you build
: it they will come" philosophy. Oh yeah, all these yachts
: are going to come here because now we have a new dock. Well the
: economy tanked and the yachts aren't there. Now they have
: mega-millions worth of space just sitting there. They never
: finished the big pavillion that was supposed to house some
: mega-fancy restaurant. They never sold the $3 million condos
: that are right across the street from the projects. (go figure)

It's been a really long time about 30 years or so. Btw, you guys arn't alone on adding an "e" on things. I live on Hawks Pointe Trail for example ;)
