:
I stepped away to take a photo and saw the clamps were the problem
I'm trying to finalize my alignment and I'm finding something a
: littalignment when I clamp my strip absolutely flush with a form
: 1/2" thick, it screws up the lines (this boat has 11 forms
: for a 17+" boat). I am comfortable that my forms are right,
: but I realize that once I start stripping, if I get my strips
: completely flush, I'll get a wavy hull. Right now the ones one
: forms 1-5 need to be a little "free" towards the back
: of the form, and forms towards the back of the hull need the
: strips a bit free in the front.
: How is this normally managed correctly with staples? I see how once
: the sheer strips are applied you just align it with the one
: below, but I don't have sheer strips on yet.
