Everything is extremely large and long compared to the 15" cockpits I'm used to, but this one is fairly reasonable by hardshell standards. Its 23.25 inches long, inside diameter.
Unfortunately if I cut off the entire riser I will probably run into issues with the skeg cable housing when I reinstall it, which adds a layer of complication to a job that I'm not sure I want to do anyway. if I could leave the front 3/4 intact somehow that would make me more likely to get the saw out.
