First, sight down it and see if anything is out of alignment. The question is "Is there a problem to fix?" Odds are no but make sure. If you look close you can see an alignment errors.
If there is then a heat gun will soften Tight Bond. I forget what it was but I was building a piece of furniture and messed up. I used a heat gun to soften the glue and I did manage to take it apart, clean it up and fix it.
Now I have to say it, skip the glue and just lash them. Then you just cut the lashing and fix it. Unless you have very good mating surfaces the glue isn't adding much if any strength. I build my boats with no glue except to build the laminated coaming. I lash everything and I have never had a joint failure or any kind of problem. It's plenty strong without the glue and much easier to repair.
