For a multichine boat the Sea Bee is pretty easy to build. The idea I think Tom's stated is that single chines that wide have too much drag. I've paddled the multichine a few times, nice boat. Taught it in the first of my SOF building classes, pictured on Tom's site too.

The stringers are centered on the points indicated on the table of offsets.
