Thanks all for the input. The way I am leaning to proceed is to break the forms loose from the hull one at a time after the out side is glassed then retack them so that they can be cut free once the deck is 1/2 stripped.
I have made some progress sense I last posted ( had a nasty allergic reaction to the MDF...) I currently have 6 strips on each side of the hull and it I have found it me about an hour per strip on a side.
