PHOTOS!! Flat black is an interesting idea.

I find that it takes typically takes me 3 coats. I end up with small pin holes with just 2 coats. I only do 2 coats on the top since it is not in the water and that works. Instructions say recoat after 24 hours but I have done a second after 12-14 hours if it felt dry.
