I don't have a photo of this with me, but the description should suffice in this case. In the Pacific Northwest, we have a lot of parks that are kayak accessible. Many of these have racking systems at the park that can store six kayaks.

2 4x4s are mounted in the ground.

6 2x8s are bolted to the 4x4s.

The kayaks are simple racked by placing them across the 2x8s.

Super simple, very quick and easy to construct and they work very well.
