I just checked with a friend that has a FG shop. He would be willing to make them for you for about $65. each. He is also willing to send you an old coaming mold so you can make your own, just cover the shipping on the mold.
It would be helpful to know more about the design direction if you are free to disclose. Questions like, is this for the traditional 400 lb class, or the lightweight unlimited class? Will you be doing crew changes at sea? Width of canoe 17"- 19"?
I am also involved in an outrigger project with the local tribe so if you prefer to not disclose specs. I understand, the offer still stands for the coamings or mold. Just send an email for contact information.
