My daughter picked up a VestPac http://www.vestpac.com/node/13 It has a double zip lock and roll top and an earphone jack (yes she is a teenager). They make a few models. You can still use your touchscreen but it does not float unless you leave enough air in to make it so you can not use your touchscreen.
