If it was mine I would prepare a set of notched "spreader sticks" (only in this case they will be compression sticks) for each station. I would cut notches in the sticks corresponding to the correct width at each station and line the notch with packing tape to avoid having the epoxy stick to the sticks. Then I would go ahead and glass the inside and then put the sticks in place. you will have to trim the glass so that it doesn't get pushed of the deck by the sticks and you may get some wrinkling when you compress the deck into shape but if you use slow hardener you should have lots of time to work the wrinkles out.
