Thanks gain for all the advice. In the end I used the squeegee method for applying the epoxy because I sal lots and lots of bubbles when I tried the roller method. With the roller looked like a zit riled 13 year old girls face and I did not feel like having to weight a weak between coats to sand out all the bubbles.

The time line I flowed was:
Fill/seal coat 8pm to 9pm
Lay glass on and wet out: 1am to 4am (this was a little to soon because the fill coat was a little tacky.)
Fill coats for glass: noon, 8 pm and 6 am.

For the final fill coat Dad talked me into using a foam brush like a squeegee which seemed to work well and left a loot more of the epoxy on the boat. however it did leave more ridges than the squeegee which did not lay dow right aways the temperature has fallen in to the 60's and the epoxy is more like tar than liquid. I am going to go back out now to see how she looks.

I do have an off topic question for those in the north that don't have a real shop. What do you do to heat you work space in the winter? Salamander or other kerosene heater?
