Should not have lissend to dad! *PIC*

I went out to check on the boat this morning and all the epoxy he piled on, to get the weave filled, last night sagged ran and the thing looks like a ribbed condom. Like I seed in my original post finishing is the quickest way to f-up a project.

Lesson learned (I think) keep the epoxy thin!! thin layers are better even it it takes 2,3, 4 or more fill coats.

So what do I do now?
Weight a weak for it to cure then hit it with a fairing board and try and “re-fair” the hull (get all the ripples out) or orbital sander with 80 grit sand paper and just go at it and try not to gouge in to the base cloth? Or is epoxy so hard I will need a die grinder smooth it out.
