Several ways to do this, raising the sheer is easiest but can affect the handling having more of the boat up in the wind. Just raising the foredeck is probably the way to not effect, just takes some work to insure the lines stay fair, just increase the bulkhead height to make enough foot room then fair that shape (using the forms) so the deck doesn't have bumps in it.

Best way is to ask the designer.
