One of the easiest ways to raise the deck on any stripper is to trace the top edge of the deck forms you desire and cut out pieces of the shape about 3 inches deep. They would be the top of the forms all the way to the shear where they travel downward. You would screw these into the forms raising the height to your liking. You have to get an even flow by placing a strip on there and adjust them with a clamp so you get fairness. It goes really easy since it's the deck and a constant angle - unlike the side of a boat where it has to go out and back in.
I did it myself on a boat I built for someone. Other than cutting out the plywood pieces, I used spring clamps and got it all fair in 20 minutes using a strip as a guide and just screwed them in.
