Hear. Hear

I just took the back support (foam pillar) out of my Point Bennett because I found I was leaning on it too much and the pressure points were starting to irritate me. In my plastic boat (Baffin by Boreal Design) I let the back band go so slack that I could not feel it. At first I had it too tight and, again I was getting pain from the pressure.

There's a lot to be said for sitting up straight. If I want to slouch a bit, i.e., recline, I simply lean back against the cockpit coaming.
