Definitely do not start over (imo).

The strips that are pulling out might need longer staples...I would even go as far
as shooting a wood screw into the form at the problem areas...but dont screw it in too tight
and make sure the curvature of the problem strips matches the other side of the hull.

after you glass you can remove the screw..fill in the hole. The hole won't be noticeable...but if you have a
curvature divot from the pressure of the screw it will show and needs filling.

one other way might be to slice the problem strips at the bad place..reglue and staple.

all sorts of ways to fix it. it will be fine in the end. Surgery is always ok.
