Fineline stuck? First of all- I'd call 3M. I've never had it stick or bleed, and its main selling point is that it won't stick or bleed. The sale of 3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover is banned in my state and the closest adjacent states, and Amazon won't ship it here from any supplier anywhere that still has any stock. If you can get it- it's the best. The automotive paint supply place where I get stuff said that the best alternative/only thing that works that's still legal is naptha. It works, mostly, but it's not great. Way better than goof off, but it's not the 3M stuff by a long shot.
