Depending on what if any coating is on the glass is another consideration when it comes to color change. Silane has a green tint when it mixes with epoxy, and will turn things greenish or very green. It's usually what they coat S-Glass with. Volan changes the color too, but I can't remember which way. West System's new 105/207 has no amber tint, it's "water white." It can still have a bit of a blue color in the cup, but is pretty clear once it's on.
