Btw, no real reason epoxy has to be used on a stripper, specially if you work outside. Vinylester would work too, it's just grossly stinky. You really don't want to use it inside your house, darned near impossible to get rid of the smell, ever. You do have to work really fast with vinylester (or polyester for that matter) cure times are very short to initial cure, like 10 minutes. You might want to look around and see if the UV setting material is still available, might extend the working time a bit if used under a cover of some sort (like a tarp). The other problem which can be overcome somewhat is the esters are not as strong as the epoxies.
