Other: Predicted Drag graphs in Guillemot Literature

How is one supposed to use the Predicted Drag graphs posted for various boat designs on the Guillemot website? The speed scale goes up to 85 knots. The values are not resolvable in the 2-5 knot range, the speed at which most touring kayaks are used. Am I missing something?
