Looks like progress! It's definitely an exciting stage of a first build.
Are you sure you have all the forms up the same way? Someone with a Guillemot will be able to confirm, but I don't remember seeing a peaked deck on any of the finished ones I've seen pics of. It looks in your pic like may the 4th-7th forms from the front might be inverted?
