This is just a guess but I don't think there are any common glues intended to be used on wood that has more than 18% moisture content.

Then there may be a difference between our English and yours. Wood glues labeled "Water resistant" are considered marginal when compared to glues labeled "Waterproof" in our woodworking lexicon.

I am a big fan of epoxy. The other glues have been trying to challenge it for decades but hey haven't got there yet. Epoxy is waterproof. Epoxy is gap filling. Epoxy will adhere to itself which is a quality that some of the common glues don't possess.
