Oh snap... I never even thought about how I'm going to get this boat to actual water?!? Apparently I missed an important step that I guess will get dealt with when the thing is done? My 1989 Dodge D50 can handle all things (as long as it's under 50mph).

Just start, that's the hardest part, committing and starting.
You'll find soon enough that it's quite addicting seeing it come together.

I too have no real wood working experience, nor have I even ever been in a kayak.
The build itself will carry you through, whether you can get it on your car or not, just start.

I'm currently with a fully stripped boat waiting on temperature to get to finishing.. which is hard...
