: TB3 is supposed to be a type 2 adhesive - the test involves 3
: cycles of soaking and baking but not boiling which is in the
: type 1 adhesive test. Although I haven't observed it personally
: I understand creep problems have been found with TB3. I have
: noticed that it softens slightly after a long soaking in water
: but it regains its strength when it dries again. I'm not sure if
: that information helps you. I would have thought you should glue
: after steaming and bending . . .

Actually, its supposed to be a type 1 adhesive (according to the bottle). As far as the finished product, its going to be epoxied with a layer of fiberglass between layers and on top of the layers.
