: What gloves do you guys use to apply epoxy?

I've been using vinyl disposables because for me they're easier to get on and off and are more comfortable than latex.

Recently I read this in Mac McCarthy's book Featherweight Boatbuilding......."Be wary of cheap throw-away gloves; I prefer the ones recommended by my epoxy supplier. These are latex gloves, which are about 30 percent more resistant to chemical penetration and are far superior to vinyl."

I didn't heed his warning and used up the box of vinyl. Have wondered it there is any proof of the "30 per cent" claim.
Anybody know? It's hard to believe any chemical is getting through the ones I'm using.
