Nitrile: I liberate them from my dental office. I wear gloves all workday long, and latex started to irritate my skin after a few years.

Vinyl is just plain awful. No stretch to them, hence, they need to be larger than your usual size to get full range of motion, which means they loose tactile sense. Probably okay for boat building, but not for dentistry.
