I would suggest that you place a thermometer in the place where you would place the item you are epoxying and get a reading. If you are able to get a temp near 60 degrees and maintain it, I think you should be able to make this shed work.

Here's why I would say that. I am finishing up a Srping Run kayak and needed to add glass on the front and rear stems as an abrasion layer before sanding and varnishing. My basement work area currently is between 55-60 degrees due to the warm house above. I glassed the stems last weekend by warming the jugs of epoxy in warm water, then rolled the epoxy on the glass while on some sheet plastic till it was wet out. I placed the wet out glass on the stems and rolled flat. Then, I used a heat gun to warm the glass/epoxy to get as good a wet out as possible. I can see some of the fabic if the light is right so the wet out was not as good as it would have been in a warm shop. But, the epoxy cured to touch in about 8 hours (about twice as long as when it's warm) and cured acceptably to sand over the next day.

I've also recently laminated some oak veneer to make some cradles for carrying my kayaks on my roof racks in the same shop with the same temps and they have cured just fine.

However, I will wait for warm temps before glassing larger surfaces where a clear wet out is called for...
