: of credit card for easier removal as you carve your way up the
: stem. Makes it pretty hard to leave one in too.

Hello Ian,
yes . I made a real funny looking strongback to get the required overhang, I think it will work though. The first set of station forms I tossed , I did not flip my templates accurately enough. My second set of station forms - had to re-cut
because they were ugly. I hung the third set. I re-used most of the material though. Now I'm working on the stems inner/outer. I just clamped up the inner stems on the forms did not glue up yet. So, I'll be throwing strips soon.
