Keep them cool and they last forever, let them get hot and their life span is much less.

I use them at work and in my shop, often the shop space at work gets very warm in the summer, the gloves we get in the spring won't last a half summer stored in the heat. Those kept in my basement seem to last forever.

Btw, teach a few classes and you'll find out how fast you can go thru a box of gloves . 10 people putting on gloves all at once uses up a heck of alot of gloves.
