And, yes, www.Yostwerks.com is the place to look for folding kayak plans. I recommend Tom's hybrid inflatable Sonnet designs, though, rather than one of his aluminum framed folders. The Sonnets go together far, far faster and stow in about half the space.
If you wait a while, though, Tom is working on a true folding kayak, rather than one that just disassembles. He says it will make all the others obsolete . . . .
