Big +1 on the safety issue

Even with flotation, these boats can be very difficult to re-enter, which beginners have a hard enough time doing in a regular sea kayak. Boats that lack bulkheads should only be used by paddlers with a reliable roll and/or paddling with a buddy.
: Yostwerks is the place. Make sure you get some paddling instruction
: for SOF boats, if you haven't already done so already. There are
: more safety issues that you need to be aware of and mitigate
