Oh, I don't mind building them, in fact I would like to. Building's not the real problem, it's finding places to store them all.

ah! Now I've recognized the real problem I can look for a solution . . . hmmm, we have an outside swimming pool; if I build a heated cover over it for the Winter, how could my wife possibly object to that? Later, when she finds out what it's really for I will claim all the boats hanging off the wall are just decoration . . .
