: down with denatured alcohol. Well, it removes all dust, and
: evaporates quickly. But, water may potentially be more useful.

Given the choice, always go with the most gentle cleaner, and if it's just dust you're after water will do the trick.

Now- something others have not brought up is a pinhole. This is a no uncommon problem when you're spraying a finish on epoxy, but it's probably something that you could also get when recoating as well. It goes like this: There was a bubble trapped in your previous layer of epoxy. When you sanded it you broke it open, so now there's a pinhole. When you recoated the epoxy ran in and filled the pinhole, leaving a depression around it because that's where the epoxy to fill the pinhole came from.

I've done a lot of spraying of finishes, and it happens from time-to-time, and seems to happen more frequently with spray because the finish is much less viscous than brushed-on finishes.
