Hi Wayne,
It's likely blush, as others have said, or contaminants from the alcohol, wash it down with water. One thing about water is that it will behave in a similar manner as the fresh epoxy when it's on contaminated epoxy, it doesn't sit evenly on the surface. A clean surface will look uniformly wet.
