: I think you could cut off the beveled portion of the form and add
: your laminated inner stem to it, if the form was cut to match
: the end of the boat. If Susan VanLeuvens book said to bevel the
: form, that would cause the strips to end at the end of the form.
: By cutting the bevel off the form and adding an inner stem of
: the same thickness, the stem would end at the same point as the
: original form. At least that's how I've been doing it.

Hi Fred,
I'm sure that will work. You're woodworking skills I am sure are a lot better then mine presently, so, I will opt to just cutting out a new one.
