Hello kirk I have been looking at the sea fleas that you have been building and am going to start one for my son and have a couple of questions for you. I am thinking of doing the 11' er as my son is the same age and size of tucker so

1. how long did you make the strongback?
2. At what height did you set the first and last stations off the strongback? (instructions show like 1/2 an inch from zero but how many inches up worked for you?)
3. How did you determine the shape of the bow and stern forms?
4. How dimensions did you make the stringers?

I do really well with following instruction but suffer slightly when left to my own creativeness any other info would be greatly appreiciated such as a cut list ( maybe you have this since you have built two) or anything else you could provide.
