I just sent a couple emails with some attachments:

The attached forms file shows what I did with the station heights. For the stern and bow piece, I made a couple templates on the first build which I used again. I’ll take a picture of them with a framing square and send that for some perspective. I originally eye-balled the shapes by putting a square piece of this foam material between the intersecting gunwhales and stringers and drawing a shape that looked right. I’ve been using 8 oz polyester from KudzuCraft (Jeff Horton) and sealing it with tinted RUST COAT oil based paint, two to three coats.
The gunwhales are 1 1/2" x 5/8"
The stringers are 1" x 5/8"
I started them about 13 feet long and trimmed them back. I had to make scarf joints due to the length of my cedar planks. If you do this, put the joints near the stern where they won’t get a lot of bending force.
I used 11mm Baltic Birch plywood for the forms, and epoxied those. The srtingers were treated with Tung oil before the skin went on. All attachments were lashed using flat twine I bought from Jeff. Not a single piece of metal in these except the brass screws for the webbing attachments.
Here’s the FB link for the pictures of the second build:

Good luck, and if I can be of any further help, please email.
