Well, I think I'll go with bead-up and plane the other edge flat. In the end I'll be sanding the sheer strip edges with a fairing board anyway but, this will remove most of
the cove material. With bead-up I'll be able to clamp better, not having to worry as much about the cove egdes.
Also, with cove-up I'd much more likely put too much glue in there. I'm pretty spastic about that kind of stuff.

Anyway, this is my Spring Run kit. I just finished shaping the bow and stern inner stems and am just about ready to do the sheer strips!
Of course, there are lots of family events planned for the weekend so, I may not get to it. I'm chomping at the bit to get started!!!

Why is it that the only time I have free vacation days to work on a project (holidays especially), they always get cluttered up with family events ... visiting a million relatives, etc ??!!
Frustrating.
