: Thanks everyone on the advice of bending strips to meet the forms.
: I reduced the size to 3/8 and with the heat gun am doing pretty
: well. I decided to give up on the stapleless approach to make
: things a bit easier. So now I have lots of small nail holes
: which I would like to hide as much as possible. I know alot of
: things have been tried but not sure which works the best. My own
: samples so far seams to favor using water base wood putty. It
: will swell the wood alittle and I can match the color pretty
: good. Has anybody found a better way to mnimize the appearance
: of the holes. Thanks for any advice Joe
Furniture makers have an addage: If you can't hide it, emphacize it.
